Leah stands there looking sort of confused. "Umm...are you okay?" She had noticed the look on his face, blank, but focused.

"Oh, sorry. Inner conversation. That's gotten a lot worse in the past years." He was pretty sure he did that when he was still at school. "So, how are you two...?"

"I've been...fine. And yourself?"

Ben nods once absentmindedly; another one of his habits. "I've been. . .good. I took over my dad's farming company-Obviously."

Leah nods. "Well you can have some spaghetti." She pointed toward the table.

Ben smiled. "Thanks." He loped over to the table and sat down. Again he noticed the same change -whether it was because of him or her he didn't know- in Rylie. So he quicly distracted himself by scooping some spaggetti onto a plate [he had to stand back up and go to a cupboard to get it] and starting...

After a few bites he asked, "So, what have you two been up to these past three years. . .?"

"For me, I've just been working on getting settled in. Mostly focusing on getting a decent job and a house..." Leah looked down at the table.

Before he could stop himself his mouth shot out, "Do you have a-" But cuts himself off by putting some more spaggetti in his mouth; Once he swallowed all of it he said, "Nevermind. I just have a lot of questions from over the years. . ."

"Do I have a what?"

"Nothing. . .nothing. And yes, I still start sentences I never finish a lot." *You've been here 3 minutes. Control yourself darnit. Well Soooorrrryyyyy! But. . .it's hard. Have you looked at them!? No duh! Just be quiet Ben. Whateva'*

Tries not to slurp his spaggetti.

"Er...okay," she said. The she sat down at the table again and joined in eating spaghetti.
